1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ClipLab.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipLab provides AI-powered social media analysis, credit-based tools, and content optimization services.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

ClipLab offers monthly subscription plans. Upon successful payment, credits are allocated to your account based on your chosen plan (e.g., $10 for 2,000 monthly credits).

Credit Expiration: Credits provided through a monthly subscription are valid for the duration of the billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless explicitly stated in your plan.

Subscription Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or via Paddle's customer link.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your credits until the end of the current billing period.

Due to the immediate costs of AI processing and data retrieval, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the service for illegal scraping, automated mass-requests, or any activity that violates the terms of Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClipLab provides data for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., "going viral") and are not responsible for any platform actions taken against your social media accounts.
